Already in my early stages I had to treat complex pain syndromes, patients with diabetes or tinnitus. Treatment tips found in the common literature, didn't always provide the wished result. Which acupuncture points treat tinnitus, or at least which points have a relation to the ears? Which TCM diagnoses are the cause of tinnitus? Searching through an atlas of acupuncture needs hours, sometimes days. That's how I came up with the idea to built an own database for acupuncture, to have quick and flexible access to pointinformation. In the meantime, ShenProfessional is used in many countries of the world. ShenProfessional is available in English and German. Chinese, Portuguese and Spanish are on the way. Additional language projects are under construction. Especially my Chinese colleagues are an enormous enrichment. They compared and verified content of ShenProfessional with original Chinese sources. |
